I’ve been a State Farm customer since I was 18 years old, and I’m 27 now. In those 9 years, I’ve never had a billing issue, never paid more than $150 a month for my insurance, and honestly, I’ve never once considered going anywhere else for coverage.
I’ve needed my windshield replaced on two separate occasions, and both times, dealing with Theresa Heitter’s office was seamless and easy.
What really prompted me to leave this review, though, was my experience with Jeff King.
Jeff genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. He goes the extra mile and doesn’t quit until you’re satisfied and actually understand what’s going on. Don’t understand something? Jeff will explain it to you like you’re five … which, when it comes to insurance, I personally appreciate!!! He knows what he’s doing, but he’s also personable, easygoing, and genuinely a pleasure to talk to. He can handle your insurance issue and still take the time to ask how you’re doing.
Although I hope I don’t need Theresa Heitter’s office again anytime soon, I know that if I do, I’ll be well taken care of.
Nine years with State Farm and experiences like this are exactly why I’ve stayed."
